Position
Role & Responsibilities:
Executive
Assistant, Sales
Executive Assistant,
Sales responsibilities include
assisting account and regional
sales executives in all aspects
of prospecting and closing
new business using a consultative
sales method, offering local
small and mid-size businesses
a comprehensive array of marketing,
web site, design and printing
solutions, with an emphasis
on web site development and
marketing services. The ideal
candidate is entrepreneurial,
self-motivated, hi-energy,
organized and able to identify
opportunities within a prospects
organization.
- Assist AE
in the following areas:
- Prospect
& close new business
- Develop and
present recommendations
based on customer needs
- Manage the
Sales Funnel - convert
prospects into customers
and customers into advocates
on a timely basis
- Develop and
maintain long-term customer
relationships
- Ensure customer
satisfaction through timely
delivery and follow-up
- Consistently
attain revenue goals
- Schedule and host sales/presentation
meetings
- Jointly develop and implement
a personal development
program to enhance sales
skills
- Participate in sales coaching
sessions with the Sales
Manager
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates
will be highly disciplined
and have a strong work
ethic.
- Must consistently
have a positive attitude
toward providing excellent
service and support to
customers, co-workers,
and field support personnel
- Previous
sales experience is a
plus
- Excellent
oral communication skills
- Good administrative
skills and ability to
accurately spell and proofread
- Planning
and organization skills
- Excellent
time management skills
- Computer
literacy and knowledge
of computer software (Microsoft
Office).
