Role & Responsibilities:
Account Executive,
Home Office
The Account Executive,
Home Office position is a
unique opportunity to work

This position is only for
those with a strong entrepreneurial

Responsibilities include prospecting
and closing new business using
a consultative sales method,
offering local small and mid-size
businesses a comprehensive
array of marketing, web site,
design and printing solutions,
with an emphasis on web site
development and marketing
services. The ideal candidate
is entrepreneurial, self-motivated,
hi-energy, organized and able
to identify prospects and
opportunities within a prospects
organization.
Planning:
- Develop an
understanding of local
customer needs
- Develop weekly
and monthly sales plans
Prospecting:
- Prospect
& close new business
- Design and
deploy strategies for
identifying new prospects
- Develop and
present recommendations
based on prospect/customer
needs
- Manage the
Sales Funnel - convert
prospects into customers
and customers into advocates
on a timely basis
- Develop and
maintain long-term customer
relationships
- Ensure customer
satisfaction through timely
delivery and follow-up
- Utilize customers
as first-line referral
sources
- Consistently
attain revenue goals
Developing
New Business:
- Schedule
and host sales/presentation
meetings with local prospects
- Continue
personal development initiatives
to enhance prospecting/closing
skills
- Participate
in sales coaching sessions
with the Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Ideal sales
candidates will be financially-driven,
highly disciplined and
have a strong work ethic.
- Must consistently
have a positive attitude
toward providing excellent
service and support to
customers, co-workers,
and field support personnel
- Previous
sales experience is a
plus
- Excellent
oral communication skills
- Good administrative
skills and ability to
accurately spell and proofread
- Planning
and organization skills
- Excellent
time management skills
- Computer
literacy and knowledge
of computer software (Microsoft
Office).
